“Time management” is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter – not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.

We are all unique in our own way. Still, most of us tend to copy others, so we conform to a pattern because we believe we are not good enough just as we are. Everyone is unique, but no one is perfect. Our flaws are actually what make us human with unique characteristics. Let’s face it; if everyone were perfect, then the world would be an ugly place full of Boredom and sheer monotony Second, stop comparing you to others! By doing it, you are wasting precious energy and time.

Most people start off with little or low self-confidence, but as a result of their own efforts, they become bold and brave and outgoing. And we’ve discovered that if you do the same things that other self-confident men and women do, you, too, will experience the same feelings and get the same results. The key is to be true to yourself, to be true to the very best that is in you, and to live your life consistent with your highest values and aspirations. This is the only way to truly learn how to believe in you. Take some time to think about whom you are and what you believe in and what is important to you.

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. A person with positive thinking mentality anticipates happiness, health and success, and believes that he or she can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. To use it in your life, you need more than just to be aware of its existence. You need to adopt the attitude of positive thinking in everything you do.

Living intentionally simply means knowing what you want in life and making the right decisions everyday so that becomes the life you lead. Living with intention means saying no to the things that aren’t important to us so we can say yes to what matters most.

Happiness is a state, not a trait; in other words, it isn’t a long-lasting, permanent feature or personality trait, but a more fleeting, changeable state. Happiness is equated with feeling pleasure or contentment, meaning that happiness is not to be confused with joy, ecstasy, bliss, or other more intense feelings. Happiness can be either feeling or showing, meaning that happiness is not necessarily an internal or external experience, but can be both.

You decide how you’re going to respond to the circumstances life brings you. You are the captain of your destiny. Your past does not decide your future. You do.

Career guidance is the guidance given to individuals to help them acquire the knowledge, information, skills, and experience necessary to identify career options, and narrow them down to make one career decision. This career decision then results in their social, financial and emotional well-being throughout. In an age where career queries are not uncommon, it’s important to answer queries related to career guidance or career, in general.

Public speaking is important in both business, education, and the public arena. There are many benefits to public speaking whether you're an individual or a business. Basically, it's a presentation that's given live before an audience. Public speeches can cover a wide variety of different topics. The goal of the speech may be to educate, entertain, or influence the listeners. Often, visual aids in the form of an electronic slideshow are used to supplement the speech and make it more interesting to the listeners.

You don't need to memorize an answer, but do take the time to consider how you'll respond. The more you prepare, the more confident you'll feel during a job interview. When you're not sure what to expect during an interview, also take time to review this refresher on how job interviews work, and these tips on preparations. Review examples of the best responses to the most frequently asked interview questions in several different categories, and advice on how to answer.

There is good reason to believe that people who cultivate thankfulness tend to be happier and healthier than those who don't. Thankful people appreciate what they have instead of obsessing over what they lack. They express gratitude to others, and often receive more gratitude in return as a result. They see each day as a new opportunity for happiness, rather than another challenge to struggle through. While some people may naturally be more thankful, don’t assume that you cannot nurture a more thankful perspective in your own life. It may not be easy, but you’ll be thankful that you made the effort!
